About Robin
Robin Read has over 15 years combined experience as a graphic designer, art director and illustrator based in New York City and the Hudson Valley. She began her career in retail advertising, but soon shifted to an editorial focus, working for magazines such as Vogue, Glamour, People, and More, and more recently, designing custom publications and marketing solutions for clients including Unilever, Vera Bradley, Ford, The National Parks Foundation and Cingular/AT&T.
Her illustrations, created with partner Elliott Green, appeared in Rolling Stone, Entertainment Weekly, and Interview magazines from 1997-2002, and were recognized with publication in American Illustration, Vols. 16-19. In 2007, she received an award from the AIGA for Excellence in Typographic Design. Robin continues to expand her portfolio of services with web sites and branded marketing projects for corporations, small businesses, non-profits, artists and photographers.
